Transition planning results in clients that are better prepared to work. We advocate "Client Centered Planning" to ensure the job seeker or postsecondary education candidate has a proactive role in molding their future. We also work closely with schools, colleges, and employers to ensure that all areas of transition are considered. Transition services may include:
